Content Reporting & IP Takedown Policy

Overview

Wishprime is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful platform for all users. We take reports of prohibited content seriously and have established this policy to ensure timely and fair handling of all reports, including intellectual property infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to Report Content

You can report content that violates our Terms of Service using the Report Content button found on every creator profile and wishlist page. Reports can be submitted without an account.

When submitting a report, you will need to provide:

  • 1. Your name and email address (for confirmation and follow-up)
  • 2. The reason for your report (adult content, copyright infringement, hate speech, impersonation, or other)
  • 3. A detailed description of the issue
  • 4. Links to evidence or the original work (for copyright claims)
  • 5. For copyright claims: a legal attestation that you are the rights holder or authorized representative

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are prohibited on Wishprime and may be reported:

Adult Content & Services

Nudity, sexually explicit material, adult services, subscriber-only nude content, and adult live chat services.

Copyright & IP Infringement

Pirated content, unauthorized trademark use, counterfeit goods, and distribution of proprietary information.

Hate Speech & Violent Extremism

Content promoting violence, hate speech targeting protected groups, terrorist recruitment or propaganda.

Impersonation & Fraud

False identity, misleading content, scams, and unauthorized use of another person's identity.

DMCA Takedown Process

Wishprime complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice through our reporting system.

A valid DMCA notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Review & Enforcement Process

  • 1. Receipt: You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number upon submission.
  • 2. Review: Our moderation team reviews all reports. Copyright and adult content reports are treated as urgent priority.
  • 3. Investigation: We may contact the content owner for their response before taking action.
  • 4. Action: Depending on the findings, we may: remove the content, issue a warning, suspend the account, or demonetize the creator.
  • 5. Resolution: We aim to resolve all reports within 48 hours for urgent matters and 7 business days for other reports.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, Wishprime may take one or more of the following actions:

Content Removal

Offending wishlists, images, or profile content may be hidden or permanently removed.

Demonetization

Creators may have their ability to receive payments suspended pending investigation.

Account Suspension

Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended for serious or repeated violations.

Law Enforcement

Illegal content may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

False Reports

Submitting false or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter, including being blocked from submitting future reports. Under the DMCA, knowingly making material misrepresentations in a takedown notice may subject you to liability for damages.
