Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Wishprime, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Use of Service
You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Acceptable Use Policy
Wishprime is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. You agree not to use the platform to create, upload, share, promote, or monetize any content that falls into the following prohibited categories:
- Adult & Sexually Explicit Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, nudity intended for sexual gratification, escort services, or any content depicting sexual acts. This includes wishlists, profile content, messages, and any other material shared on the platform.
- Hateful Content: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Violent Content: Content that glorifies, incites, or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or physical harm against any person or animal. This includes threats of violence, graphic depictions of violence, and content that encourages dangerous activities.
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities including but not limited to drug trafficking, weapons sales, fraud, money laundering, or the exploitation of minors.
- Harassment & Abuse: Content intended to bully, intimidate, harass, stalk, or threaten other users or any individual.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, withholding of pending payouts, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. Wishprime reserves the right to remove any content and take enforcement action at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Wishprime takes a platform fee on transactions. Creators receive payouts directly to their connected Stripe accounts.
- Platform Fee: 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction
- Payouts: Direct to creator's Stripe account
- Refunds: Handled on a case-by-case basis
Limitation of Liability
Wishprime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
