Overview & Commitment

Wishprime is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful platform for creators and supporters. We take reports of policy violations seriously and have established this process to address concerns about content hosted on our platform, including intellectual property infringement.

What Can Be Reported

You may report content that falls into any of the following categories:

  • Copyright / Intellectual Property Infringement — Content that uses copyrighted material (images, text, trademarks) without authorization from the rights holder.
  • Adult / Sexually Explicit Content — Content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or inappropriate for a general audience.
  • Hate Speech / Violent Content — Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups.
  • Impersonation / Identity Theft — Content that falsely represents another person or organization to deceive others.
  • Other Violations — Any other content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable law.

DMCA Copyright Takedown Process

Wishprime complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, your DMCA notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the material on Wishprime that you claim is infringing, with enough detail to locate it (URL).
  3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice: If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing: your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court. Counter-notices should be sent to legal@wishprime.com.

Review Process & Timeline

All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. Our standard review timeline is:

  • Within 24h Copyright and adult content reports are triaged and initial action taken if warranted.
  • Within 48h All other reports are reviewed and a determination is made.
  • Within 72h Reporter is notified of the outcome via the email provided in the report.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, Wishprime may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Content Removal — The specific infringing or violating content is hidden from public view.
  • Demonetization — The creator's ability to receive payments is suspended and all wishlists are hidden.
  • Account Suspension — The creator's account is fully suspended, preventing login and all platform access.

False Reports Warning

Submitting false or misleading reports is a violation of our Terms of Service. Knowingly filing a false DMCA notice constitutes perjury under federal law (17 U.S.C. 512(f)) and may result in legal liability. Wishprime reserves the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly submit false reports.
